Three Berry Blend, Honey and Yogurt Pots

Ingredients:

  • 13 oz Columbia Fruit frozen Three Berry Blend, thawed
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 6 tablespoons clear honey
  • 14 fl oz vanilla yogurt
  • 2 oz granola

Preparation:

  • Mix half the berries with the orange juice and honey in a blender until fairly smooth.
  • Transfer to a bowl and stir in the remaining berries.
  • Divide one-third of the berry mixture between 4 dessert glasses or small bowls.
  • Top with half the yogurt.
  • Layer with half the remaining berry mixture and top with the remaining yogurt.
  • Top with the remaining berry mixture and sprinkle over the granola just before serving.
