Blueberry Beetroot

Ingredients:
- 2 small raw beetroots, peeled and sliced
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 2 handfuls of Columbia Fruit frozen Blueberries and Raspberries
- 3.5oz of cranberry juice
Preparation:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix thoroughly.
- Loosen with a little extra cranberry juice if the mixture seems too thick.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
