Frozen Cherry Macaroon

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Columbia Fruit frozen Dark Sweet Cherries
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ tablespoon coconut butter
- ½ cup ice
- 2 ounces white rum
- ½ ounce amaretto
- 2 dashes sour cherry bitters
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut chips, for garnish
Preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients (except the garnish) in a blender on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Serve in a glass or tiki mug and garnish with the coconut chips.
