Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Columbia Fruit frozen Mango Chunks
  • ⅓ cup buffalo curd or Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, or 1 teaspoon salt, depending on whether you’d like your lassi sweet or salty
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ice cubes or crushed ice, to serve
  • 2 lemon slices, to serve

Preparation:

  • Add the mango, buffalo curd, milk and sugar or salt to a blender.
  • Pulse, then blend for 2 minutes, until the mixture is thick but not runny.
  • Adjust the sweetness or saltiness to taste.
  • Add a squeeze of lime juice and blend again.
  • Add some ice cubes or crushed ice to two glasses.
  • Pour in the lassi mixture and serve each with a slice of lemon.
