Ingredients:

  • 13oz Columbia Fruit frozen Three Berry Blend
  • 4 ½ oz white chocolate, plus extra to grate (optional)
  • 4 ½ fl oz double cream or whipping cream

Preparation:

  • Divide the berries among 4 serving bowls.
  • Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a pan with the cream.
  • Slowly bring almost to a boil, stirring continuously until the chocolate has melted and is well combined.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the frozen berries and serve topped with grated white chocolate, if you wish.
