Three Berry Blend with White Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:
- 13oz Columbia Fruit frozen Three Berry Blend
- 4 ½ oz white chocolate, plus extra to grate (optional)
- 4 ½ fl oz double cream or whipping cream
Preparation:
- Divide the berries among 4 serving bowls.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a pan with the cream.
- Slowly bring almost to a boil, stirring continuously until the chocolate has melted and is well combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the frozen berries and serve topped with grated white chocolate, if you wish.
