Strawberry and Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients:
- 10oz Columbia Fruit frozen Whole Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries
- 13.5 fl oz coconut milk
- 2 tbsp honey, plus extra to taste
- a pinch of ground cinnamon
Preparation:
- Put berries in a blender.
- Add the coconut milk, cinnamon and honey, adding more to taste, and blend until smooth.
- Divide the mixture between eight 5 oz popsicle molds and secure an upright stick in each.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, until completely solid.
- Dip the outside of the molds in hot water for a few seconds to release, and serve.
