Wild Blueberries & Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 3½ oz Columbia Fruit frozen Wild Blueberries
- ¼ pint soy milk
- small bunch of mint
Preparation:
- Put the blueberries in a food processor or blender and pour in the soy milk.
- Pull the mint leaves off their stalks, reserving one or two sprigs for decoration, and add the remainder to the blender.
- Process briefly.
- Divide the smoothie mixture into two glasses, decorate with the reserved mint sprigs and serve immediately.
