Wild Blueberries & Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3½ oz Columbia Fruit frozen Wild Blueberries
  • ¼ pint soy milk
  • small bunch of mint

Preparation:

  • Put the blueberries in a food processor or blender and pour in the soy milk.
  • Pull the mint leaves off their stalks, reserving one or two sprigs for decoration, and add the remainder to the blender.
  • Process briefly.
  • Divide the smoothie mixture into two glasses, decorate with the reserved mint sprigs and serve immediately.
