Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup Columbia Fruit frozen Blueberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Preparation:
- Peel banana and cut into chunks.
- In a blender or food processor, combine banana, blueberries, honey, and pomegranate juice and process to a coarse purée, 30–45 seconds.
- Add yogurt and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve right away, or transfer to insulated beverage containers and take to go.
