Blueberry-Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup Columbia Fruit frozen Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

Preparation:

  • Peel banana and cut into chunks.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine banana, blueberries, honey, and pomegranate juice and process to a coarse purée, 30–45 seconds.
  • Add yogurt and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve right away, or transfer to insulated beverage containers and take to go.
