Frozen Blueberry Yogurt

Ingredients:
- 13 oz Columbia Fruit frozen Blueberries
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 17 fl oz natural yogurt
- 4 lemon shortbread biscuits, to serve
Preparation:
- Place the frozen blueberries in a food processor with the powdered sugar and lemon juice and blend until roughly chopped.
- Add the yogurt and pulse until fairly smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl from time to time.
- Divide the mixture between 4 glass dishes and serve with the lemon shortbread biscuits.
