Frozen Blueberry Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 13 oz Columbia Fruit frozen Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 17 fl oz natural yogurt
  • 4 lemon shortbread biscuits, to serve

Preparation:

  • Place the frozen blueberries in a food processor with the powdered sugar and lemon juice and blend until roughly chopped.
  • Add the yogurt and pulse until fairly smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl from time to time.
  • Divide the mixture between 4 glass dishes and serve with the lemon shortbread biscuits.
