Mango and Granola Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1 lb Columbia Fruit frozen mango chunks
- 4 oz granola
- 1–2 tablespoons agave nectar or runny honey
- 4 scoops fat-free frozen yogurt
- 3½ oz pomegranate seeds (optional)
Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients except the frozen yogurt and pomegranate seeds, if using, in a blender and blend until smooth.
- This may need to be done in 2 batches.
- Take 4 glasses and place 1 scoop of frozen yogurt in each.
- Pour the smoothie over the yogurt, sprinkle over pomegranate seeds, if using, and serve immediately.
