Mango and Granola Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • 1 lb Columbia Fruit frozen mango chunks
  • 4 oz granola
  • 1–2 tablespoons agave nectar or runny honey
  • 4 scoops fat-free frozen yogurt
  • 3½ oz pomegranate seeds (optional)

Preparation:

  • Place all the ingredients except the frozen yogurt and pomegranate seeds, if using, in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • This may need to be done in 2 batches.
  • Take 4 glasses and place 1 scoop of frozen yogurt in each.
  • Pour the smoothie over the yogurt, sprinkle over pomegranate seeds, if using, and serve immediately.
