Quick Cherry Berry Blend Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Columbia Fruit frozen Cherry Berry Blend
  • 2 oz powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 13 oz can custard
  • sprinkles, to decorate

Preparation:

  • Reserve a few of the fruits for decoration.
  • Place the remaining fruits in a food processor with the powdered sugar and honey and blend until smooth.
  • While the motor is running, slowly pour in the custard until the mixture is thick and forms a soft ice cream.
  • Spoon into paper cups or bowls, then add sprinkles before serving.
