Raspberry Creamsicles

Ingredients:
- 14 fl oz can of coconut milk
- 2 cups Columbia Fruit frozen Raspberries
- 2 tbsp vegan plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a liquidiser and mix until smooth and combined.
- Pour the mixture into the moulds and insert a stick into each one.
- Put in the freezer for a couple of hours or until completely set.
- When you want to eat them, run the moulds briefly under warm water to release the creamsicle.
