Raspberry Creamsicles

Ingredients:

  • 14 fl oz can of coconut milk
  • 2 cups Columbia Fruit frozen Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp vegan plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped

Preparation:

  • Put all the ingredients in a liquidiser and mix until smooth and combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the moulds and insert a stick into each one.
  • Put in the freezer for a couple of hours or until completely set.
  • When you want to eat them, run the moulds briefly under warm water to release the creamsicle.
