Ingredients:
- 5 oz Columbia Fruit frozen Three Berry Blend, plus extra to serve (optional)
- 1 cup vanilla-flavoured soy milk
- 1 teaspoon clear honey (optional)
Preparation:
- Put the berries, soy milk and honey, if using, in a food processor or blender and process until thick.
- Pour the smoothie into 2 short glasses, decorate with berries, if liked, and serve immediately.
