Ingredients:

  • 5 oz Columbia Fruit frozen Three Berry Blend, plus extra to serve (optional)
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavoured soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon clear honey (optional)

Preparation:

  • Put the berries, soy milk and honey, if using, in a food processor or blender and process until thick.
  • Pour the smoothie into 2 short glasses, decorate with berries, if liked, and serve immediately.
