Tropical Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Columbia Fruit frozen Whole Strawberries or Columbia Fruit frozen Mango Chunks
- 3 bananas, sliced
- ½ mango, pitted, peeled, and chopped
- ¾ cup diced pineapple
- 6 strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted unsweetened flaked coconut
Preparation:
- In a blender, combine the yogurt, frozen strawberries, and 2 of the bananas and blend until smooth.
- Spoon the smoothie into two shallow bowls, dividing it evenly.
- Arrange the remaining banana, the mango, pineapple, and sliced strawberries on top.
- Sprinkle with the coconut and serve.
