Tropical Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Columbia Fruit frozen Whole Strawberries or Columbia Fruit frozen Mango Chunks
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • ½ mango, pitted, peeled, and chopped
  • ¾ cup diced pineapple
  • 6 strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp toasted unsweetened flaked coconut

Preparation:

  • In a blender, combine the yogurt, frozen strawberries, and 2 of the bananas and blend until smooth.
  • Spoon the smoothie into two shallow bowls, dividing it evenly.
  • Arrange the remaining banana, the mango, pineapple, and sliced strawberries on top.
  • Sprinkle with the coconut and serve.
